Encrypted
Encrypted in transit and at rest — decrypted only to read the transaction table
Private by design
Transaction data never enters our database; uploaded PDFs are deleted within 24 hours
Batch upload
Drop a whole folder at once with a free account — a year of statements in one go
Free to start
No signup needed for your first statement
Excel & CSV output
Date, description, debit, credit and balance, exactly as printed
How it works
- STEP 1
Upload your PDF
Drag in the statement you downloaded from your bank. Several files at once is fine — the whole batch is converted together.
- STEP 2
We read the table
Rows, dates, descriptions, debits, credits and balances are pulled straight off the page — transcribed as printed, never recalculated.
- STEP 3
Download Excel or CSV
Take the result as .xlsx or .csv, ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets, or to import into your bookkeeping software.
Who uses it
Accountants
Turn a client's year of statements into spreadsheets without retyping a line. Batch upload takes a whole folder in one go.
Bookkeepers
Month-end reconciliation starts from a clean table instead of a PDF. Debit and credit stay in their own columns, as printed.
Business owners
Pull your own transactions into Excel for cash-flow, expense tracking or a loan application — no software to install.
Banks we convert
These banks have their own pages with format notes and answers. They are examples, not a limit — statements from other banks convert the same way, so it is worth simply trying yours.
Indonesia
Built to hold as little as possible
Transaction data never reaches our database
There is no transactions table. Parsed rows exist only inside the file you download — a database breach would expose no statement contents.
Uploaded PDFs are deleted within 24 hours
The original statement is the most sensitive thing we hold, so a sweep removes it from storage automatically. Your generated file stays.
Your first conversion needs no account
Convert once every 24 hours with no signup at all. That result is returned straight to your browser and never stored.
Some statements are kept for up to 30 days so we can keep improving support for their format — see the privacy policy for exactly what that covers.
Frequently asked questions
How do I convert a PDF bank statement to Excel or CSV?
Download the statement PDF from your bank, drop it on this page, and download the result as .xlsx or .csv. Your first conversion needs no account. The columns come out as Date, Description, Debit, Credit and Balance.
Is it free?
Yes. One conversion every 24 hours with no account at all, covering the first 3 pages of a statement. A free account raises that to 5 pages every 24 hours and adds batch upload and saved history. Failed conversions never count against your allowance.
Which banks are supported?
DBS, OCBC and UOB in Singapore, and BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI and CIMB Niaga in Indonesia each have their own page. Those are examples rather than a limit — statements from other banks convert too, so it is worth simply uploading yours and seeing the result.
Is my financial data safe?
Transaction data never enters our database — there is no transactions table, so parsed rows exist only inside the file you download. Uploaded PDFs are deleted from storage within 24 hours, and an anonymous conversion is never stored at all.
Can I convert several statements at once?
Yes, with a free account. Drop a whole folder of PDFs and the batch converts together, then download every result as a single ZIP — the usual case for a bookkeeper working through a client's year.
Will the file import into Xero or QuickBooks?
The CSV and Excel output opens in Excel and Google Sheets, and can be imported into bookkeeping tools such as Xero and QuickBooks through their own import flows. We generate the file; there is no direct integration to connect.
Do scanned statements or photos work?
No. The PDF needs a real text layer, which is what you get by downloading a statement directly from internet or mobile banking. A scan or photo of a printed page contains no readable text, and we do not run OCR.
Are the numbers changed in any way?
No. Amounts and balances are transcribed exactly as printed and never recalculated, so the output reconciles against your statement figure for figure. If anything about a statement looks unusual we flag it so you know to give the rows a quick check.
